The interior of Castell de Raymat is like one of those good movies that we want to see over and over again. In each new look we find nuances that we had not noticed the previous time. Here are some of the places that are part of the inner beauty of this place:
SPACES
The Castell offers you 9 warm, sunny and cozy suites, distributed over 2 floors, all of them with private bathroom. In them you can rest and wake up between stone walls full of history.
In the halls of Castell de Raymat, it is common to have the feeling that time has stopped around them.
UNIQUE DETAILS
In 1932, my grandfather, Jesús Raventós Fatjó, commissioned the renowned architect Rafael Masó i Valentí to reform the noble floor of the Castle. The result was one of the architectural interventions of the highest artistic value carried out at the Castell de Raymat.
One of the paintings in the dining room, by the Majorcan artist Antoni Gelabert Massot, is part of the 8 canvases that were painted for the Codorníu pavilion at the Ibero-American Exposition in Seville in 1929.
This corner of the Castle is “the festejador”, the place where lovers isolate themselves from the world to share confidences …
